The Balance® Induction Enduro cookware by Berndes features a premium 3-layer Profile non-stick coating with scratch resistance and is crafted from forged aluminum. The proprietary skin technology provides 3-layers of indestructible non-stick coating with a slippery release, allowing foods to release easily form pan. The base layer of the non-stick coating consists of ceramic particles added to reinforce base coat, the middle non-stick coating reinforced silicone carbide particles creates microscopic hills and valleys on the cooking surface, scientifically proven to increase release performance and the top coating features a high-performance polymer combined with PTFE to ensure a quick release and easy clean up. This durable cookware is ideal for home chefs of any skill level. The premium 3-layer Profile non-stick coating promotes healthful low-fat cooking, and this induction friendly cookware can be used on a variety of cooktops including electric, gas, glass-ceramic, halogen, and induction, making it useful for all kitchens. Ferromagnetic steel in the bottom of the pan provides fast heating and high energy efficiency. The Dutch oven is equipped with stay-cool Bakelite handles, making it easy to transfer and is perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Various State regulations are now requiring manufacturers of "cookware" to disclose chemicals that appear on authoritative lists that are intentionally added during the manufacturing process.
"Cookware" means durable houseware items that are used in homes and restaurants to prepare, dispense, or store food, foodstuffs, or beverages. "Cookware" includes pots, pans, skillets, grills, baking sheets, baking molds, trays, bowls, and cooking utensils.1
"Designated list" means the list of chemicals identified as candidate chemicals that exhibit a hazard trait or an environmental or toxicological endpoint that meets the criteria specified in regulations adopted by the Department of Toxic Substances Control pursuant to Article 14 (commencing with Section 25251) of Chapter 6.5 of Division 20, and is published on the Department of Toxic Substances Control's internet website pursuant to those regulations.1

Limited Lifetime Household Warranty
Berndes U.S.A. (Range Kleen Mfg., Inc., exclusive North American distributor) warrants cookware to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal household use to the original purchaser. Ceramic and Nonstick coating is guaranteed not to peel off under normal household use. Marring of ceramic and nonstick is normal and does not affect the nonstick properties or cookware. To maintain your cookware, we recommend you follow the Use and Care instructions carefully.
During this period, Range Kleen Mfg., Inc will repair or replace, at it’s option, any defective item returned to Range Kleen with original purchase receipt. If the item is out of production, an item of similar value and function will be substituted. Commercial use of this product voids this warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable.
This warranty will not cover damage caused by misuse of the product in direct opposition to the supplied use and care. All discoloration, scratches and stains, or other signs of misuse or abuse of the cookware that do not affect the function of your cookware, is not covered under this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
