Berndes is the best cookware on the planet! I’ve always had excellent customer service in the 20 plus years that my cookware has been in use. It’s such a good product, however, service hasn’t been needed very often!

I bought my Berndes dutch oven many years ago and have used it often -- love it. I broke the glass lid recently and was pleased to find out I could order a replacement lid on line. It was out of stock, but I was notified of the expected ship date and asked if I still wanted the lid. I replied yes and the lid arrived recently. Very pleased with the product and the customer service.
