The base layer of the non-stick coating consists of ceramic particles added to reinforce base coat, the middle non-stick coating reinforced silicone carbide particles creates microscopic hills and valleys on the cooking surface, scientifically proven to increase release performance and the top coating features a high-performance polymer combined with PTFE to ensure a quick release and easy clean up. This durable cookware is ideal for home chefs of any skill level.
